help with gas gauge

My gas gauge is not working on my 69 coronet. i have replaced the sending unit, and the voltage limiter. does anyone have any suggestions on what i can check next? thanks

Do you have the ground strap on the sender? It's a flat metal strap that clips to the fuel line on either side of the rubber hose.
