help with non Rallye dash 71 satellite voltage regulator

I had no temp or fuel gauge reading so I went to replace the voltage regulator and to my surprise it wasn't even there. I have put in a new unit. What hooks up to it on the top blade?

do you have a 71 plymouth shop manual it should show it,if not i can dig one of my gauges out and look

I don't have a manual. I think it's supposed be a ground.

Actually nothing... It gets grounded from circuit board provision. Some got that extra provision on top, some others not
