Why new tubes?? Because of a patch? Do tubes wear out in time? I should be running with tubes..................

Well after a year of running tubes without screws I ripped one. Talked to the M/T guys at Norwalk. They told me they wouldn't even mount my slicks/tubes unless the rims were drilled and screwed. So I'll be drilling tomorrow. I saved the good tube for a spare.
