Own a '68 charger 383. Have a holley EFI and MSD ignition. I'm having a heck of a hesitation while driving almost like it's running on seven cylinders. Any body have an idea what's going on??

Follow your hunch about not firing properly. Check spark to all cylinders, pull plugs, check distributor, loose connections at coil. Lift off air cleaner and observe fuel being delivered properly at idle and increase rpms to check if it stays normal. Basically, check all the things you need to have a normal running car. Hopefully it shows up under inspection.

What does your AFR reading do when this happens?
Go really lean?
It idles fine?
I agree check under the cap, wire connections and plugs so you can rule out ignition.
Try posting on the Holley forum they sell both products.
