Hey guys/girls.
Just saying hi & introducing myself. My name is Mike, born and raised in NY, moved out to california 20 years ago. Just picked up a 1966 Belvedere II. 440 stroked to 493, edelbrock heads, intake, big cam, Holley 750 double pumper. It's a really good starting point to what I'd like to do. Eventually want to do a 4 link rear and some coilovers up front. I'm sure I'll be asking opinions in the future. Glad to be getting back into classic mopars, I had a few darts growing up and never lost the bug.

Welcome. With Bilsteins, subframe connectors, etc these old B Bodies really handle pretty pretty good if you don’t want to go that far.

Welcome from Alabama, love those 66-67 B bodies. Pictures without us asking, great.

I don't necessarily want to go that far, I just know how I am. It's only a matter of time.

Nice 66 Belvedere

welcome to FBBO from NorCal Sierras

What’s wrong with the factory suspension ? These things handle very well from the factory

Welcome aboard from Ohio. Nice!

Welcome aboard from NJ. Very nice Belvy. Judging from the picture, I surmise you might be in Orange County, LOL! :D

Nothing "wrong" with the factory suspension per se, I'll probably start with stiffening things up a little bit and see how it progresses. I've just gotten used to the way modern cars handle.
Looking at these:

Along with hotchkis sway bars, which seem a little pricey to me but...

If anyone knows of a different or better way to firm things up, I'm all ears.

Welcome from Missouri!!
