I have a 1966 Satellite that I am transplanting a 440 into. My question is whether or not the 67-70 hi-po manifolds will work? If so which casting numbers should I look for?
I have been wondering the same thing. Since the k member and the inter-sheet metal is the same on 66 - 70 b-body I would think the 67-70 exhaust manifolds would fit on a 66. Here's a link to some I found.
Have any of you run the(67-70) later hi-po manifolds on 66 b-body? I am building a 512" RB and want to use hi-po manifolds instead of headers. I do not really care about casting numbers as long as the 67-70 b manifolds will work. I want it to look stock or close as possible without giving it away. Yep, CH4B intake, CNC Stealth heads, 11:1 compression, mid 500 lift hydraulic roller, and all painted turquise blue with unsilenced period correct air cleaner.
