Hood scoops on Satellite

I'm new here so bare with me!! Where the GTX hoods an option on a Satellite?
Looking at a Satellite with GTX scoops and the guy says they are original to the car. Any help would be great!!!

I don't think the scoops were available on a Satellite as an option.Lots of them made their way onto Sats and Belvs, but I have never seen any on an original car other than the GTX.

I agree. I have owned a 67 Satellite for a long time (still not on the road, but that's another story) and have done a lot of research and reading over the years and as far as I understand and have read, the hood scoops were only available from the factory on the GTX in 1967. Hope this helps.
