whoa lol,im not bashing ebodies at all...
just relating why personally i never collected them.
even tho ive had a bunch.
again,its a beautiful body style.
i actually liked the later hoods with powerbulges more than the early ones.
that butterscotch one,for example,is creme de la creme.
id be very proud to own one like that.
as far as interest goes,cudas and challengers have always had their following,but,when the musclecar review and other mags suddenly start pushing Values,and talking about 1 of 7,or 1 of whatever,
This fueled the entire e body craze into now >> every cuda Must be worth big dollars.
good news for those who owned them,bad news for passionate collectors and older gen who just wanted to recreate their old rides.
the market still hasnt settled fully,as people are still listing darts with 4 doors for 10k.

Not sure what you mean by that, both the E-bodies had the same hoods available from '70 through '74 with the exception of the shaker unit which was only available for the first couple of years.

indeed,dunno why i confused the cuda and chally hoods as early and later,but my bad there.
thanks for the wakeup call.
rephrase,i liked the cuda hoods better than the chally hoods.
