I’ve found several over the years. Just wait until your first freeze or two and the hornets will die off. Then cut off the branch. If you don’t want it, donate it to a school or nature center where kids can learn something other than playing damn video games.

I almost died from a hornet. So I would urge caution.
If it was me I would eradicate them if possible.

i just got rid of one this morning, sprayed it with long distance can says 17ft, had to stand on picnic table last night for spray to reach and knocked it down this morning with pool skimmer pole, no survivors!
