I'm somehow on a list where I get sent articles tracking I'm sure topics I read. One is Hot Cars. Wow, these writers are ultra-opinionated, reminds me of other news sources for tainted news. These guys get paid well writing about their slants? Its been evident their level of knowledge is shallow, more to do with sifting the web I assume on various cars likely never turning a wrench on one. One article I read this morning (sorry lost the link) says "Dodges pre-65 were ugly" while mentioning their kick *** motors in passing. So this schmuck writer thinks...say a '64 Polara is ugly? Just like that? In the height of the drag racing era, early B's were king. Venting (I don't own one; but always liked 'em and have a '63 Fury). My cousin bought a '64 Polara new 426/4sp and was turning in the 12's with it back then. Many of their articles are highly opinionated and suppose that's all ok; except when they have their opinions based on what? Reminds me of an old family friend who thought he was God's gift of auto knowledge...except he could barely change the oil...

I read one of their articles, where they were writing about 10 cars that were hot back when new,but are worthless now. Number 3 on their list was a 69 Daytona Charger,Yep they aren't worth ****! Just 100 to 900 grand last time I checked, and number 1 on their list was the Hemicuda, people are giving those worthless piles of crap away too, last I checked they sell anywhere in the 100 grand,to 3.5 million dollar range! So my opinion of them is that they have no concept of actual reality, and are completely out of touch with the value or historical significance of classic Mopars.

Wonder what kind of feedback they get on their articles? I'm not on FB or twitter, by design, and haven't come across any comments. I could look into unsubscribing; but it's sometimes comical reading their columns.

Forget those goofs, try this hot cars instead.

Well you know what they say about opinions.... in the old days you weren't confronted by the plethora of stupid opinions if they were not around you, but now days with the internet its hard not to come into contact with them.

Many of these people, especially the younger ones are merely trying to make a name for themselves and write about crap they don't know anything about at all. Even better is YouTube, full of dumbasses stupid enough to film themselves saying or doing stupid things.

Just the latest bunch of clowns to overlook the first generation B body Mopars for what they really were. We all know that by Pontiac's own definition of putting a large displacement engine in an intermeadiate body, the Max Wedge cars were the first muscle cars,a full two years before the GTO came to market! We also know that there was never a GTO built that could run with a Max Wedge Mopar, but who cares about the historical significance of the early B Bodies, not Hot Cars, that's who!

What i hate is that you can't comment back on their ridiculous articles that are clearly written by people who know nothing about cars...
