I just received my new radiator from ACC. It fit the factory mounting studs on the radiator support. The mounting holes in the radiator flanges line up with the ones in the factory shroud, as well. I don’t really want to fiddle with bolts and nuts. I prefer the factory radiator studs. So, how did you mount your factory shroud to the ACC radiator?

Just buy some studs and install them if thats the look you want.

I used sheetmetal nuts on my ACC radiator to mount the shroud in my 69 GTX. It bolted right up to the tabs.

The holes drilled in the flange by ACC are 1/4". I think someone said he had to drill the holes a bit bigger to use the clip nuts.

Factory studs are 1/4"-20 x 3/4".
1/4" may be correct and should work fine. I did have to enlarge the holes slightly.

I cut off some tap con screws, painted them black.
They work well.
