I wonder if texting will ever become like DUI offenses, it seems to be just as deadly so many times, unless the articles and story's are over exaggerated. I didn't see him with a cell but were hearing more and more of deadly accidents blamed on cell phones, especially texting.. Probably would be harder to prove then drunk driving, but the consequences seem to be the same. Looks like he just wanted to be "cool" on You Tube..
