How to adjust proportioning valve

My 67 GTX had a front disc brake conversion several years ago ( before I got it). In that conversion a proportioning valve was installed. Which way do I turn the knob to get more rear brake action?

Kinda looks like they used compression fittings on the brake lines.

A double flare.

Nope. If he has the flare style it would have a male inverted flare nut. His has the female compression style nut.

By the way....
You can make that valve much more
accessible by mounting it right at the
master cylinder. Beats having to
crawl under the car to make
adjustments.
