Here is a really nice Hurst Super Shifter III with the separate reverse lock out lever. Was on a 833 trans I had, someone bent the stick on it to their liking, I have another one included that might work better for you.
The boot is very nice, the upper bezel is there but a little pitted, the trim ring I never had. I would just make one out of stainless...
Anyway the shifter mechanism works nice, I would put new clips and bushings in the linkage if I were going to run it.
