This guy has been hanging out by my shop for a couple days. Same spot.

I suspect that is a female from the size. Don't f%#! with her. They bite the heads off the males!

Since this is a Naughty Nature thread....here are a couple of Bumble bees I caught at it a couple of years ago in my back yard. She just lies there not moving while the male does all the work. That tree has been cut down now.....

:D

Praying Mantis are cool. I saw one a number of years ago catch a yellow jacket. It grabbed it, and then bit it in half between the abdomen and he body (the tin area that connects them). It then proceeded to calmly enjoy its lunch, half being held in each leg!

The title of this thread reminded me of a few years ago when I took this picture and sent it in to the local paper. I told them that I called the police to report a peeping tom but they said they were too busy to do anything about it. It made the front page

Almost a full minute! That has to be like a 3 hour session for them....and why did you cut down the tree. Did the bees turn it into a brothel?

The tree was growing all spindly and wild, plus it was only about 18 inches either direction from the corner fences of my section. And the roots had grown around my drainage piping.....would have been really expensive to fix one day soon. :)
