I gotta be kidding….right ?

The 5.9 magnum motor has a TON of potential. I ran a 360/380 crate motor in my wagon for years. Full body, full interior, full glass, stock suspension. 727 w/2400 stall, 8.75 SG. Edelbrock 1407 (I think - 750 electric choke), long headers, dual 3" to the bumper. In that vehicle, on pump gas, it ran consistent low 13s/hi 12s. Drove to and from the track. Street tires. 1.60 short times. Daily driven, stop and go, drove it MD to FL many times...never had to replace even a gasket on it. Bulletproof. Had (and beat the crap out of) it for ten years I think? Never even pulled a valve cover. Don't remember the CR but cam specs were 288/292, .513", single plane M1 intake...it was a BEAST. One of them would certainly get a prowler down the road.

I'm not a van guy, mini or otherwise
I'd take a Prowler, do a transplant or centrifical supercharger
or turbo on that v6 or do a 392 swap if nothing else

I know most of you here hate Chip Foose, :icon_fU: to each their own :blah:
he's a great guy & does a stellar job, on everything he builds or touches
no matter the style, whether I or you like it or not, it's quality craftsmanship
but;
He did a cool Hemisphere Prowler build, he was instrumental
in building the Plymouth (org.) Prowler too, he desinged it in college
the bumpers were added by the bean counters, for impact safety regulations
the v6 was what they had, when he was designing around it,
remember this was 1998-99, a whole different world then
& when I talked with him he had said the Hemi was in the design faze still
that he wanted to do it, but shot down buy the penny pinchers
& safety BS alum chassis stuff

Oh wow!! And I just love the Lovejoy coupling on the blower drive lol
Agree!
That is some serious shadetree engineering.
Small chevy headers (?), with a custom flange, home made blower intake, home made blower drive.
And on a Packard flathead straight eight, stuffed into an International with barely enough room for a straight six.

The minivan CTS is great for the dogs. The lower entry/exit is much safer and easier for getting in and out. Not only is it safer ( no injuries from jumping) it is very easy for older dogs. If you have an older, large breed dog…you know what I am talking about.
I have had two black shepherds, both with serious malfunctioning hind quarters. We lost Mopar to cancer in her hips. Liz bought a set of dog ramps, but neither could or would use them.
I had to lift both (separate trips though) to get them into the crewcab pickup, for vet visits.
A minivan would have been easier for all concerned.
