Guys as some of you know I've been severely injured in a car wreck back in 2012 i got rear ended by a lady that wasn't paying attention! In return she destroyed my low and mid back I've had a long road to getting help because this was intertwined with work comp and muti insurance companies. So why am I telling this to you guys! Well as your reading this I'll be in court finally after 5 years of misery and muti procedure s . I am on schedule for my second back surgery but the surgeon couldn't get me in before my court date! So in two months I will be getting fixed finally. But tomorrow is the start of my week long court hearing and my wife is extremely nervous witch is starting to rub off on me a little. The way I see it were going to court I did nothing wrong I got severely hurt were trying to get money for my almost million dollar medical debt plus attorneys fees and lastly I have lost wages no more job no way of going back to my job ever ,I'll need retraining ,and future medical ect. So we're asking for quite a substantial number! Again I feel I'll be just fine as we have paperwork and proof of where were getting these big numbers from ,we just didn't pick a sky high number out of the air. Basically I don't know what I'm asking of you guys because praying isnt right in this situation maybe keep me in your thoughts as I fight for my future in this next week! I'm just worried I'm going to get a jur of *** holes that don't like seeing someone get lots of money because they aren't getting any! I hope people can set there crap aside for a week to help me lock my future in! Any supportive comments would be helpful. And if sh#t gos bad I'll be selling off everything mopar to get the money I'll need to pay my part of my up coming surgery!

Well my day started at 6:00 am I got home at 7:45 45 min ride each way to court so about an 11-11.5 hour long court day all because to offending attorney is a p.o.s. and is trying to pull stuff that isn't aloud then my attorney needs to catch him and call him out then everything stops for 10-15 mins to discuss why he's an a hole. Well on the bright side the judge smells his s#+# and isn't stepping in it ! We got all the pre trial things they had problems with all awarded to my side and I'd say the jury is 85-90% my choices there's two I was give or take but out of what we had I did good ! I have 3 car guys(kinda, ones building a miata ones into Chevys the other is a service writer) and a over the road truck driver and two retired military persons I wanted .So let's hope the attorney s play by the rules tomorrow .

Good luck man! I've been dealing with brutal back issues myself for a few years but mine was self induced. I can't imagine the feeling of someone else causing it. You deserve all the money for your troubles and pain.

Well another early start . And the opposing attorney is lieing straight to the jury and got caught by my attorney. So we're looking good on today so I'd say 2/2 days are good out comes so far this is good but only good knows what will happen to me ! I just want to be fixed and start working on my cars again money is nice but not what I'm after I just don't want to be in debit over this and loose everything!

Well guys sorry I'm late to post but tomorrow is my day to testify and I had about 300-400 pages to go threw to get it fresh in my head ,but I have a terrible memory because of these pills so we will see how we do ! Day 3 was a bit rougher until the jury caught one of the defendants specialist lieing ! The judge is going to review the testimony and the lie and give a verdict in the morning but everyone in the court room is about 99.9% sure he did so that would be great and he might of just thrown the case because all these specialist basically are saying the same stuff! So another day done and I'll check off another one in my corner! The jury is also very over the defendant s attorney he lies and yells starts tons of arguments witch go 's nowhere ,witch because of this we are forced to stay 2-3 hours late and the jury knows who the problem is ! Oh and we found out the defendant s attorney s office has payed off an expert $1.5 + mill and know one from ether know s why or what for nor can they trace the funds ! I never knew so many people are crooked like this I thought ! Tell the truth the who truth and nothing but the truth ment something! They get up there and just start spewing s@#$ ! Ok that's enough I'm not supposed to give out critical information so I need to stop before I accidentally let something slip out!

So just for a fun picture before I got hurt I used to do fun stuff like....you can spot the wife laughing her *** off ! Sadly we didn't buy my new favorite hat they wanted like $350.00 for it and I could think if a lot if parts I could buy at 350
