Ok, New problem I think. The seat tracks that I have don't seem to match the seats. The holes line up but the lever to release hits the bottom of the seat and I can't mount them. This is really getting irritating. Are these 65 b body seat tracks and if so, are convertible seat tracks different that HT?

Those seat brackets look wrong. I dont see the "s" slot on either of them for the tilt of the seat. Also the long slot on the sliders (as seen in the pics below) they allow the seat to move forward/back, then they are tightened, and the sliders then move the seat.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but what you have is wrong. I'm trying to find my camera to take a pic of what you "should have".

Here ya go.

This should give you an idea of what the brackets look like.

Ok, well, this is not the first during this 7 year project That I ended up with the wrong parts. a picture of 65 b body tracks would be great, and are the vert and hardtop tracks the same? I wish I would have known before I had them powder coated. Please let me know if anyone has a set for sale or trade. Thanks Much

Your whole set up is wrong. Forgive my pics, did the best I could with the rug rats climbing all over me, lol. Anyway, you need seat brackest and sliders for any 62-65 bucket seat car, hdtp or vert will not make a difference as they are the same.

Just found a set on ebay for a 68 charger, they look exactly like yours.
Here's the item number Item number: 230827845012, check them out.

Thanks for all your replies, I appreciate it very much. The ebay ones are alot like mine but a little different,,,,

Yeah, but they looked real close to yours so I thought it could be them. Not exactly sure what year yours are so take a few pics and post them, somebody on here has to know.

While your looking for the correct seat brackets, why not get some super stock seat brackets? They look cool, are period correct and you can sell them after you get the proper ones for a good price.
