What should the idle RPM be for a '68 Charger, A/C factory installed?
I've read 500 in some areas, and 700 in others.

I'd say 500 is too low.
Between 700 - 800 is ideal.
Between 700 - 800 is ideal.
500 is probably for manual trans, 7-800 for auto
