I'm putting together, a rear 3 link w/Heim joints

My question here, trying to make the CM 3/4" joints last for low use street applications in all So Florida conditions (wet). Safety is important, they ain't cheap, and I'm lazy. One factor to keep in mind, the upper 3rd link will never be easy to access becuase of location.
BTW, I have little confidence in highly loaded Urethane joints. Greaseable joints are hard to access, and their compromised strength concerns me.

I am giving up my rear seat, so one option is making a thru the floor access panel to maintain as best as possible the upper 3rd link heim joints.

But the idea I want to toss out here for review is how about using the typical Seals-It neoprene washers on the heim joints and plumb into on each one at the top of the neoprene washer a very small flexible clear? tube with glue, to an in car manifold in the removed rear seat area, that has a plugged top port, that occasionally I can add a heavy? lubricant to and let it gravity feed as I drive and monitor thru the clear hose.
I wonder if I need to feed both sides of the heim joint this way, or if one side will achieve my goals?
I am willing to accept likely slight undercar oil residue, directly related to amount of lubricant I add.

I’d do a triangulated 4 link. Doesn’t require a “torque arm” cause essentially that’s all you’re doing nor does it need a Watts link to keep it centered.
 
I have not had good experiences with those neoprene heim joint boots on my offroad stuff, they let in dust but being on pavement all the time would help considerably. I coat them good with Hyper-lube because it stays in there the longest.

I would never do a triangulated 4 link. That is a whole nother discussion. I respect classic "torque arm" set-ups, but have no experience with them.
This will be a typical 3 link set-up and will see 100x? more road course track time than drag time, which is a main determining factor.
 
I welded a custom 3 link set up that we made under my buddy's 68 Camaro. We change out his heims about every 5 years, unless he has one seize up beforehand. He has never broken one.
 
I would be happy with a 5-year cycle. Any estimate how much use/Maintenace that is with the Camaro?
Also, curious if you know, was the Camaro owner satisfied, and would he do it again?
 
Driven several days a week all summer long and a few times at the road race track every year. He seems to be happy with it.
