Inner Fender Hood Hinge

I am looking for a picture of the inner fender where the hood hinge connects. I have rust on inner fender and I need to looks like it is all the way through. Is there a big hole with the heavy plate behind it holding it together or is it just the bolt holes with the heavy plate behind it.
