Interesting 70 Coronet 500 Rear Trim Panel Version

So my original 70 Coronet 500 rear trim panel seems somewhat unique. It only has the top 2 spots for visible screws. I can’t seem to find any others online that don’t have the screw in all 4 corners. I have a second panel that has all 4 screw holes. Anyone else have the 2 screw hole version. I also don’t have holes in my extensions that it attaches to.

Anyone know if this was a mid year change? Just curious what others may know.

Saw this on the site - seems to match your two hole design... not sure if it was a mid-year change or maybe different supplier who made it or something...
