We hope to rebuild the compressor and convert the AC to R-134A. Time will tell if that plan works or not.
Im having the radiator recored because the PO had a Hayden 2707 on it and the pulley flange on the water pump was 1/4" too far forward. Oops!
I've pressed the flange of the water pump back to where the pulleys line up and will either use a Hayden 2747 or, if that's just too close for comfort, a 2765.

Wish us luck!

BTW: we are also rebuilding a Carter AFB 4299S to replace the newer Edelbrock. We're going to try to keep it very close to stock.
