is anyone else here a "mistake"?

Mom and Dad had 6 kids over 12 years.......... 5 years later, my brother; he was an "accident"........... 5 years after him, I arrived. Mom was 44, Dad 46......yes, I was a "mistake"!

I sure as hell was. And I got my mom to admit to as much.

There is a 7 year difference between me and my 2nd oldest brother and then 13 months between him and the youngest brother!

Have to agree here, and my younger brother is 10 months younger then me. He was born in January and we are currently the same age until my birthday in March. Parents didn't plan to have another so soon but that's the way it went!

Good way to look at it! I don't know that I was a mistake. I am 8 years behind my closest brother and 13 years behind my oldest siblings. I think Car Nut got it right and parents just took a while to get it right!

Dont think so. There was a time I felt the parents I got stuck with where not the best selection.
Our kids were all in the 5 year plan and then no more.
Yeap there are 5 of them. No mistakes but some disappointments at times.
