Our big female Newfie Little Bear won't eat lunch meat. It makes me feel weird that I will eat lunch meat. I gave the big male Diesel a peanut m&m. He didn't know what to make of it. He eventually spit it out. Does your dog have no's when it comes to food?

Well if a dog won't eat the lunch meat that should tell you something about the lunch meat !!!

Our dog is the kookiest dog I’ve ever seen. She won’t eat her bones, maybe her chicken strips, doesn’t beg at the table, isn’t a chow hound, but she HAS to have her pup cup spoon fed to her every night promptly at 9pm, just before bed. She also won’t kick the cat out of her bed, she just gives her a nosey bump and goes and lays in the cats bed. She’s a goofy dog, that’s for sure!

My friend had a dog that would not eat peas.
Tater tot casserole would eat everything then spit out the peas

145 pound Rebel will only eat little dog treats, he wont eat the same treat made for big dogs; so he gets them by the handful......... he really wont eat any other snacks, we've tried

I don't have dogs.....but I know from experience that the only things most dogs won't eat is medicine .....even if carefully disguised.

My sister nearly has to ram it down her beagle's throat.....and yet they'll happily eat another dog's poop.

Chocolate in any form can be lethal
for a dog. Along with onions or grapes/raisins.
It's a good thing he spit it out.

Our golden retriever, Bella, is a total chow hound and will eat just about anything. Any kind of cookie or treat - dog or people. She reminds us when it's time for her nightly yogurt snack before bed. She loves pretty much all fruits. Only one she won't eat is carambola, aka star fruit. She begs for veggies on her food when we make salad - carrots, broccoli, celery and tomatoes. She doesn't care for green beans unless they're cooked and plain lettuce is a no-go. Any kind of meat, including fish and seafood, eggs, cheese or dairy - oh yeah!

Our dog is a 120 pound German shepard Rottweiler cross
She loves the salad left overs if it has lots of dressing on it
Will not eat grapes pickles or cherry tomatoes
Everything else and I mean everything else is fair game
Twice now she has managed to get the leftover BBQ chicken off the kitchen counter and ate the whole thing bones and all
We were not happy about her eating that but it never gave her any troubles after the fact

I don't have a dog but my cat refuses to eat any type of human food. She'll only eat cat food.

I don't know if this is appropriate for the thread, but if you have a problem with a neighbor's dog pooping in your yard, simply pour some bacon grease on it. The dog will gladly come back and clean it up for you. Your welcome!

We had 2 Golden Retrievers that would eat anything except for Arbys beef sandwiches that the wife got on the way home from the casino late one night and refused to eat. The fact that the dogs wouldn't eat them got our attention.

When I was a youngster, was pretty particular what I would eat. Our Cocker Spaniel was a walking garbage disposal. When got dished food I didn’t like, she would be stationed at the drop point to help me clean off my plate. Seemed as though whatever food it was, she ate it, including chipped beef I hated. Was eventually caught much to Penny’s and my disappointment.

At 160 pounds one peanut M&M won't hurt him.
Just sayin'....
Wouldn't want to see you lose your
friend.
We lost a friend after he ate some
chocolate cake the kids dropped
on the floor.

I've heard this but I've also seen dogs eat chocolate and nothing happened.

Dog's don't need anything on the poop to eat poop.

This conversation reminds me of a saying I came up with a while back - If you ever think God doesn't love you, remember that dogs can eat poop but you can't, but you can eat chocolate and dogs can't.
