Is this the overflow tank?

I circled a yellow tank that is destroyed from age. Is that the overflow tank? I couldn't find a match online. I assume there is a plenty of aftermarket tanks...

That's a washer bottle, no overflow container on the older cars.

Terrifically BAD IDEA....resting it on the exhaust manifold....could cause a fire......just a thought.....

The jug was laying there for several years. We had it connect up by the hood when we were testing to see if the engine to turn over.
