I used to have a 62 Plymouth Valiant 4dr. Drove it for 10 years going through high school and college in the 90s. What a great car that was. I did custom two tone paint, red on top and silver along bottom, and had purple shaft cam in the slant six with 4bbl holley and offenhouser intake. Turned heads wherever I went. :)

Yea Bro! aren't they Sweet. A friend of mine raced a '62 Savoy back in the '60s and '70s. Only had one tail light on each side. Had badges on the lower ft. fenders, don't remember what they were now. (383 police int. motor, push button) He sold it at Chryslers at Carslile years ago. Even the "stationary ramped bed" car hauler too. He has been trying to track it down lately.

'68 Charger looks like the one I found my brother about 6yrs. ago. 383 auto.

Bet that Valiant was a Trip! Had a Dart the same as your Valiant Slant 6. There's no blowing them, I tried many times!

The badges were "Golden Comando" The car had a name "Wonder Wedge"

So whats the plans for your dart. I have a six in my '87 Dodge Ram. Not much fun.

Actually the car is quite peppy,. They are light, and I'm told they came with a 3.55 rear gear.

I have a stroked 400 fixing to go in it. Along with a Dana 60, and a few other goodies. It should perform as the one in the video did. Maybe next year!!!!

Just haven't visited for a while. When are you going to run the car of yours again?

maybe saturday when i get off work. thinking of checking out farmers market, heard they have a nice get together on saturdays ...

Hang on tight! They do seem to be light. I owned a 64 and while driving or on the trailer the 62 is much lighter. But when you look up the specs. it is only a couple hundred pounds difference. I'll have to look it up again:reading:
