glad I never went thru that ****

saw enough of it in my family & friends

many had multiple divorces,
you'd think they'd learn after 2 at a min.
my thinking is they should have learned after 1st time

Not really trying to sell but in the 36 years I've been here, it's never flooded. Plus now that the two crazy neighbors on either side of me are gone, it's pretty good living here.....at least it's a lot better than some I know that still have bat sheet crazy neighbors living near them.

I don't bat sheet crazy neighbors, I'm turning into get my lawn and you make noise guy. Young neighbor 30 out on 3 wheeler putting around 50 away. 8pm isn't to bad its 9:30pm or later, once 11:10pm. He had a Ford pickup he'd start and let high idle for an hour. Guess to charge battery, the catch it sound like it had a thrush muffler, again in the evening. Don't complain but tempting, to him.
