we had a gas tax increase here two years ago, nothing done, now 45 cents a gallon more. bottom line, priorities, none in todays liberal democratic party, and few in the republican area either. need to wipe the slate clean and start over. 50% of what i make is tax, between income property gas sales etc. etc. it is out of control. every time a tax is implemented for the roads here, after a certain amount of time it goes to the general and or school fund. then they tax us again for more while we still pay the taxes from the increases that were supposed to pay for it in the first place. my car will be done this year can't even drive it, roads are crumbling in jackson county, bullshit!
