One of my guys sent me this pic earlier today.
This pic was taken on a service call to the building that my dad used to work out of.
Dad was the hardest working person I've ever known.

I was very upfront with my employees, they were there because they did something I couldn't do or do by myself.
Most I liked, lots were friends and some were respected and all were supported.
But reality still existed, and they trusted me to be honest, and I tried.
