Will a 69 coronet k frame fit on 65 coronet 440?
Also are the motor mounts in the same position?

It will bolt on, but the difference in motor mount positions will put the engine back closer to firewall. This causes issues with trans mount and driveshaft length. Best to use 1963 - 1965 K-member.

It moves the engine back 1 5/8 ", you will need to use the 69 engine mounts and modify the trans mount and shorten drive shaft. You will gain more fan to radiator space.
