Trying to install Koni front shocks on my 67 Charger. Any tips on getting their supplied upper rubber bushing through the upper mounting hole on the car? Tried glass cleaner and warm soapy water but so far no luck…..

Is here a metal bushing inside that will come out?

Heat them up in hot water then a quick dry off then spray lube.
