LA 360 Engine Torque Spec's Needed

Hey Everybody,
I blew a head gasket on my bird and need accurate torque spec's and sequences. Any recommendations on stock head bolts lube or lock tight or?
Here's the low down;
la360
340X heads
Erson Cam Hot Street ET Bracket - .472/296, 106 L/C, Hi Flo I H
Headers
Edlebrock 7576 Air Max Intake
Holley 750 Vacuum Secondaries

Please offer suggestions in my situation-

The specs are also in your Factory Service Manual.

torque them to factory specs using motor oil all over the bolts. make sure your bolt holes are clean to the bottom of the holes, start from the center of the head and work to the ends in 3 steps. Make sure your heads are flat. if not have them milled flat.

That list has some incorrect info in it.

Torque rocker shaft bolts on a LA SB to 30 and you'll have mashed shafted and/or broken bolts. It's 200 inch lbs which is ~17ft lbs
