ok, I'm getting ready to install upper cowl panel and I am wondering if I actually want to lead the seam at the A pillar like factory or is there an easier/better way to do this. this info would help for the rear quarters also. thanks in advance

I've used both All Metal and reinforced fiberglass filler in that area with good results before. I have nver tried leading before though.

I'm not sure about all metal but a friend of mine used Fiberglas and it would distort when the sun hit it and got hot ( sail panel area )

All Metal is a plastic material that mimicks lead. Regular fiberglass is not very flexible and will crack. Reinforced has tiny fibers in it, and is much more flexible than normal 'glass.

Thanks , I'll check it out

I'm, about to try All-Metal as well on my rear quarters. I really don't wanna fool with lead and All-Metal seems to be the next best thing. I do plan to install a vinyl top at some point.
