Hi, I have a '69 Charger and would like to install '69 Plym b body upholstery on the bucket seats and rear.
Is this possible? Will they fit?
I don't like the pattern on the '69 Charger because of the buttons, and like the pattern on the '69 road runner/GTX.
I will buy from Legendary.
Any knowledge on this will be very helpful.
Thanks,
Ed

It will work just fine. I put legendary 69 charger covers on 68 roadrunner seat frames years ago. You may consider new bucket seat foam as the shape of the covers may be a just bit different.

Shouldn't be any issues. The frames are the same and so are the foams.

Legendary are super pricey. If you're ok with a little lower (but invisible) quality you should consider PUI or PG Classics

Great, thanks for the info.

I was curious to look at pricing for my bucket seats. Legendary wanted about $971 for the GTX covers only but was for the pair. PUI in Canada advises the tariff costs at checkout, PG Classics wants $557 just for one seat cover. I think I will be buying some black duct tape for the time being. This does not include the foam.

PUI is located in Kentucky so there should be no additional tariffs. Total cost for front and rear covers and front foams: $ 1959. plus tax and shipping

PG is in Canada so approximately 30% tariff will be added. Total cost of $ 1183 plus 30% tariff: $ 1537 plus tax and shipping (tax will be on the $ 1183 - its not charged on the tariff amount)

Legendary is in the U.S.. Total cost of $ 2060. plus tax and shipping.

Legendary has a crazy wait (time which tells me the stuff is made offshore !!)
Not sure what PUI wait time is.

The PG stuff is the best deal and when I spoke to them in early December they had the stuff on the shelf (because I plan to go and pick up)

You are fortunate to have PG nearby. Curious if when folks from the USA pick up parts at the PG counter if they are assessed the tariff.

Pfffft. That's guaranteed under your current regime !!!

However, its worth noting that that the "all in" price from PG is still going to be three to four hundred dollars less.

What color are you looking for? I got mine, black, from a vendor, maybe they had them in stock, but got them pretty quickly. I have always thought that Legendary takes care of their vendors first. Bought mine from Dantes.

Yes black, Dantes is out of stock, so I got them from Legendary. They had them 20 percent off.

May give other vendors a try, you never know. I know from a previous interior of mine, waiting almost a year sucks, 20 % or not. I also got the molded foam for my buckets, was only able to use the bottom if I remember correctly. Could not get the cover over the back. Maybe my back seat cover was just tight, but the stitching was trying to come apart, so I ended up with a little clean up and Lysol for the back foam. It wasn't totally compromised, came out good. If your headrests need something, there is a guy by St. Louis. More than just headrests or something like that.
Good luck!
