Impoverished people from shitty countries, unaccustomed to modern amenities like indoor plumbing, squat near the dump site, not actually making gluteal contact with the bowl.

I used to see it on construction sites ONLY after a crew of NON English speaking illegals rolled in to hang drywall or pour concrete.
Once they became accustomed to American ways, they were just as clean as anyone here.
Why? Because they at least tried to assimilate. This country isn't Anti-Immigration. We are anti selfish-stubborn-stupid-ignorant.
