Wow! Actually I don't even know who the artist was, that cartoon was something that I clipped out of a National Lampoon about forty years ago. I finally got around to scanning it. Do you have a link to any of this artist's other work?

Yes, his name is Charlie Rodrigues. He's since passed. If you want a funny book look for "Spitting on the Sheriff". Funny as hell.

as some know I've been good toe to tail with a heard of rats that moved in (check your cars before you put them inside!) Anyways one chewed threw the wall into my laundry room thank god I caught it and blocked the hole before more followed so I fixed the out side wall and inside wall then installed this nice board to detur them from chewing again I've so far killed off 7 there's atleast 4 left I'm almost there hopefully they can read my board
