Looking at a 1969 Dodge Coronet Super Bee clone this weekend and having some trouble decoding the fender tag

I believe it was an originally a 318 engine with an A904 3spd trans but that’s all I’ve figured out so far. Not quite sure what all the numbers mean at the top of the fender tag. My 73 Duster snd 74 RR tags look nothing like this one with the cluster of numbers at the top. The regular decoders I use haven’t helped much.

That tag is from a Lynch Road plant car.

The top row is the Gate (23) base (103) and Sequence (296161) that are related to producing the body in white.

The next sequences

9 = 1969 model year
A= Lynch Raod plant
294030 = VIN number. This should match the VIN tag on the dash.
