I'm not looking to buy this car, I'd just like to know where it it these days. It's a customized '66 HEMI Charger that was in Tulsa for many, many years. A gentleman named Al Pena owned it (from new, IIRC). It was a pearl copper color with the original HEMI in it. It was on the ISCA show circuit for several years during his ownership, and won quite a few awards. He did the Starbird circuit (OKC-Tulsa-Wichita) for some time, but was not afraid to drive the car on the best of days!
Al died in the mid-'80s, and the car faded from view and most people's memories. It stayed in Tulsa for several years after Al passed, then its whereabouts went unknown. I really wished I had a picture of the car, but many of my car photos from before 2003 got blown away in a tornado.
So, anyone know of the Charger??? Thanks.
