Looking for bench seat for 1971 Charger

My seat rails are fine but the front drivers side goes too far back and there is a gap at the bottom of the driver side and the bench. No idea how to fix this. Either a used replacement or would a reupholster be able to fix?

Pics would help. There should be a wire connecting both tracks to stop at same position when adjusting.

Sounds like the stop on the rail is damaged causing the side to slide past it.

Not sure if they're the same, but I have a '71 Coronet front bench that's surplus and works correctly. Does definitely need a recover though.
