I was shocked that the engine vin is 110 earlier then the car. thanks

It's likely. More so than that both engine and trans were replaced by a similar engine and trans that just HAPPEN to be 110 digits away.
(Likely a typo on the vin....... but don't tell the dmv.)
What # is on the fender tag?
