Any and all help would be greatly appreciated finding out what I have since the normal decoders are falling short specifically with the 2nd from the top line and I have no broadcast sheet!

Top line numbers are related to the gate used, and the body in white. No concern at all to restorers.
O88 relates to which 383 assembly got used. Yours would be the orange 335hp non ac automatic version.
