Looks like they caught the Idaho murderer

I don’t mean to be uncouth- but why is this guy still breathing even in jail……? The job should be done by now.

Look for him to be interviewed by 60 Minutes or one of those shows in the next year or so.

So, now it's a plea deal. I'd slowly lower him into a vat of boiling oil.

And after ID state went to all the trouble to bring back the firing squad just for him!

He should be an upside down flaming piñata instead.

or slit his back & chest, much like he did to all the victims
tie his hands behind his back
lower him into a bunch of hungry Great White sharks
after chumming the waters with his blood
maybe Galapagos Island or offshore here in Calif.

he pled guilty & admitted to all of the murder charges against him
4 counts of premeditated murder & the other BS, & fines
a $50k fine for the breaking & entering damages BS
& $5k per murder, to each of the victims family, seems a bit backwards

can the judge still come back with a death penalty sentence ?

4 consecutive life sentences, for the 4 murders
& a 10 year sentence for the breaking & entering
& the fines, $50k restitution to the home owner & $5k per victim
he must have $$ somewhere, to get them fines
or he's writing a book, getting $$ in advance from publishers
he shouldn't be able to profit off the murders

(just like James Comey, he guilty as hell, should pay the ultimate price)

books written about murders
just like OJ (dbl murderer)
Whittey Bulger (Mafiso hit man)
Jeffrey Domhar (cannibal)
Charles Manson (Tate/Biancca Murders among others)
or any other murders did/or have done

IIRC
He/the judge in Boise Id., today I watched it live,
said; (the ****) to paraphrase;
'plea deal the defense put up, doesn't matter in the sentencing faze'
it/sentencing can be changed at any time, coming later this month
at the courts discretion...

Unfortunately I don't think the judge can up the sentence to death. I do like the idea of the sharks. Supposedly part of the deal I heard was he can't make money off of it. We shall see.

Part of the plea deal that the death sentence get's dropped. Life in prison will be just fine.

I’d rather take the firing squad than spend the rest of my life behind bars.

I agree. The only way to put an end to this crap is to bring back the old punishments.

His name should be stricken from history. His family should lose everything and be outcast.

Someone needs to pull that tie his wearing up a few notches

It's always puzzled me why anyone would cling to that sort of life, rather than taking the needle. I supported the death penalty as a cost savings measure, preserving my hard earned tax dollars, until a CLE course I took shortly before I retired my law license. The cost to the taxpayers on death penalty appeals was incredibly higher than the already high cost of incarcerating an individual for a lifetime. Never would have guessed that.
