Mid week, winter weather. Got to make progress somehow. Glueing in the air box insulation by the fire. Made more of this in my mind than it is. Lay it out, spray it and stick it.

2 pics.

My brakes are missing in action and my gas tank appears to have gone to outer space so I have been reduced to body work waiting on parts. Lots of work ahead.

Love the guys at Glen Ray...they do awesome work!

Wow, I love that car. It's in such great shape too. Your son seems to be very into it as well. Hopefully Santa brought some some nice restoration parts.

One air box. Stick a fork in it. I understand the send it out and get it back price now. This thing sucked up some hours.

The space ship landed with the gas tank. Fill tube gasket in, sending unit in, but of course the new tank straps are M.I.A.

Sometimes a wrecked Ford in the yard comes in handy. Thought I had one patch to repair, lower quarter is trashed. Both sides will need sub quarter patch panels.

Trunk is done. Made an executive decision based on man hours vs dollars. The lip is done and it needed to be de-skinned due to the rust falling internally. Fiberglass replacement inbound.

Power brakes. New lines run to distribution block. Proportioning valve cut in between master cylinder and original distribution block.
