M&H Engine Harness 69GTX

I’m installing the M&H Engine Harness on a 69 GTX I have the Shop Manual, the Color coded wires from M&H doesn’t match the Service Manual, can someone tell me where these wires go,Thanks

Really helps if you have pictures of the wiring in question. Most of the plugs should be plug and play.
