M/T valve cover PCV valve

Ok, I have the M/T valve covers on my 440. At this point I do not have a PCV valve installed. I was hoping that someone here knows what rubber grommet and PCV valve fits the M/T valve cover. On the opposite valve cover, I have the mopar 3 port valve.

I just pulled the grommet off a set of Japanese big block Mickeys I'm working up. Old and very brittle, it didn't survive but I can look at the remnants for a part number.

The stock grommet and the stock pcv valve. It's what I got on mine.

Here's the grommet.

Part number 61 is all I see (no logo or manufacturer). The diameter is 2", the seating channel looks to be 5/16" and the pcv opening itself is 1/2".
