It is a dual speaker, I still need to install two in the rear, It fit the brkt that came out of car but hung down to far, that's why we had to adapt.
It is a little hard to see what station you are on because I kept the am dial so FM is a guess, fun, but looking alright except it sits back in to far. I will get advise this summer from other people how to fix that.

You will have to let us know how it sounds. I did the same thing several years ago on a Road Runner. I ended up taking it out and putting in 2 - 4" ones instead. The sound quality of the dual cone I had was terrible - hopefully they are better now. By going with 2 separate ones, you get individual bases whereas the one like you have just separates the highs.

Ya I have never had one before hope it works ok, I can tell you I can take radio and speaker in & out in 15 min, because to make the modification we had removed the speaker at least 5 times, it was pure trial and error.
