I was wondewring if anyone out here has used the " new mancini racing purple shaft cams & lifters.
Well so far i am seeing replies not in good favor for Mancini..I personally dont buy from them, they have someone make it and sell it. I would buy direct from a company that makes them. JMO
I edited my post, it was Engle. They make the mr six pack cams too, got one hereI have Hughes in my 505, Mr. Six pack in my 440 for pure stock racing in the future.. Mr Six pack is so nice to deal with and easy too , Hughes was good too.
That link is coming up 404 for me.I have just one suggestion: The only cams I have ever used in my 3 motor builds are from Hughes Engines. They are MOPAR-specific and built and manufactured by them exclusively. You cannot go wrong in using them...cr8crshr/Bill![]()

100% agree, if your going to buy one, buy an original design... like aboveThe "Purple Stripe" cams were the rage in the day, however they are very antiquated by today's cam and spring technology standards.
While there is still a following for them you can find a much better camshaft for whatever your application is than a Purple Stripe grind.
