I know almost exactly where that car is according to the map and will be down that way soon. What does one do with body like that now? Is it repairable? Those hoods have to be hard to come by, unless there is a reproduction. I think the seller has the car way overpriced considering there is no engine/trans.
I had my car done by Redi-Strip in Rahway NJ and i had heard he was the go to guy. There was no warpage anywhere on my car, and after seeing these pictures, i sure am grateful about that

I just dealt with something similar (hood), but not nearly that extreme........ rubber mallet from underneath, pic hammer any high metal from the top, can of filler, and a couple of days...... came out ok......but I think that GTO hood is beyond trash

I did a little blasting on a 66 Charger once....and 10 years later....sand still falls out of the nooks and crannies.
 
When restoring old cars I have nothing but the rigid metal blasted, frame rails, floors, door jams, inner door frames, engine compartment (not the fire wall), etc, everything else is chemically removed and then sanded. Blasting can be very destructive but nothing can compare to it for providing surface prep for epoxy.

What product did you use to reattach the skin to the frame on the coronet hood?

I'm doing a 71 dart for a guy right now and it was "dustless" blasted. The guy did a great job with no warpage, but the hood skin and frame have lost their bond. I'm not sure if the blasting caused them to loose their bond, but I need to fix it.

I sold a guy a perfect 69 Charger hood, and after he had it blasted,it looked worse than the 64 GTO. I sold him a second hood!

that was over 10 years ago...…. believe it or not, I used construction adhesive I bought at home depot; but if I do another one, I'd most likely use panel bond...…. I wanted something that would "stand up" and not flatten, as those "pads" are like 1/4 to 3/8" thick.

spot on! …….. other than I blast the firewall, never had a problem...….. and all I've ever used was 00 sand
 
I did that to the roof of my 66 Chevelle, I knew how to hold the nozzle and everything, did the whole car without incident. Was doing the bracing under the roof and the blast media coming off the structure hitting the skin was enough to warp it.

Had to replace a perfectly good roof skin with a rusty dented one from a donor car:

When blasting body panels have to stand back far and at a 45 deg angle, that was hard to do when inside the car. I should have just left the underside alone, wasn't even rusty.

When my coronet was sandblasted I specifically say to the guy who did it not to sand blast the roof because it is thin and they didn't but the man who did the body work have the great idea of using a grinding wheel for the roof ... he still fixing it
