D---, I never saw him on Sat.For the northern guys the chromed snowblower had mini Cragar S/S wheels!

Even though I didn't meet up with anyone important(FBBO members) it was a great time looking at old iron&aluminum after 30+yrs. My oldest went & said "why drive 2 hrs to see someone you don't know"? Well it's kinda like long-lost cousins you know you have but never see. Got to meet up with "dvw" last month & spent 10-15 minutes talking like we'd known each other our whole lives, so whenever something like that happens, it's awesome!

My favorite part is talking with the owners of the vehicles. I stopped and chatted with a few of the 62 Plymouth owners. It was also fun hanging out behind the stands with the exhibition cars, like Rick Allisons and many more. They fired up a few while we were oogling them.

I was with family and a long time friend. They had fun. Did John Cope have a booth? I stopped and chatted at the A&A as well as Mancini booth.

Threewood I'm glad you had a good time, coming from so far away(and probably a little cooler!).

The weather was beautiful. My Dad has said it has been more mild than he can remember for this time of year. I dont miss AZ's triple digit summers that's for sure.

Just a few more && 1 for KK! I think those with red carpet are "mmissile's" layout?

I've missed the last 3 years, after going forever. How is Brice Road and Heath ? I recall Brice quieted down tremendously last time I was there.

Brice is dead and buried, and when I was there in 2014, Heath was a bottleneck of 95% regular traffic.

sure is...the Cruise was at least half of the reason I go.

sure is...the Cruise was at least half of the reason I go.

You got that right! Back in the day when this event was sumptin' (at least 10 yrs ago) there was more fun & activity on Brice than at the track itself. It would go on almost all night long, into the wee hours of the morning before a couple quick hours of sleep and then head back out to the track. Yep, the good 'ol days!

Brice is now an urban cesspool of violence and drugs, 2 hotels are now boarded up by the city, prostitutes roam freely, and not too long ago a murder took place in front of the police substation nestled in one of the apt complexes, suspect still at large.

It's a terrible place one does not go to any more, day or night...

But those terrible guys driving MOPARS come to town, and the police are all over the place to shut us down! :steering: Now we know what the REAL threat to Reynoldsburg's society is!
